Scanstrut's range of Deck Seals provides waterproof thru-deck or thru-bulkhead cable routing without having to remove the connector at the end of the cable!
This is possible because each of the three included sealing bungs is pre-drilled for a common cable size, and then split - so it just slips onto the cable above the connector.
Furthermore, each kit also comes with a blank sealing bung for drilling your own holes for custom installations of multiple cables (freeze it in your freezer before drilling).
These deck seals are available in four sizes to accept cable connectors as large as 16mm (5/8"), 20mm (3/4"), 30mm (1-3/16"), or 40mm (1-9/16").
Each size deck seal comes in either high impact glass-filled nylon or 316 stainless steel.
These versatile deck seals are ideal for almost every thru-deck cable installation and are much easier to install than traditional models.

What's in the box...
• Flat Rubber Base Seal - placed centered on the hole you drilled in your deck for the cable
• Base Molding - goes over the base seal and has pre-drilled holes for fastening to your boat, and a second set of pre-drilled holes for the deck seal lid
• Rubber Bung Cable Seal - pre-drilled for several sizes of cables, plus one blank bung - which fits onto the base molding
• Nylon or Stainless Domed Cap - fits over the rubber bung and gets fastened to the base mold
